Prices
Each cake is unique and individually created. Some of the simplest cakes are often
the most beautiful. Will the flowers be edible, fresh or silk? Butter cream or fondant
icing? Three tiers or seven? All of these questions play a part in the cost of your
wedding cake.
Here are the basic costs for my cakes. Please note that prices may vary by design. Cakes that are more intricate and detailed will incur a higher cost.
The minimum order amount is $150.00.

Fondant Cakes - Fondant cakes are available for $4.50 per slice. This type of cake
is more popular now than ever before. Many brides prefer the smooth appearance
of a fondant cake. To achieve this look there are extra steps required. Due to the
additional labor involved to create a beautiful fondant covered cake, the cost is
slightly higher than butter cream.

Let me share that the flavors listed are only a representation of my most requested. We can discuss any flavors not shown.

You may want to take into consideration the season in which you are getting
married. A spring wedding reminds me of light and fruity flavors such as a sour
cream white cake with strawberry filling. Possibly for summer, a chocolate cake with
a generous layer of chocolate ganache filling. Fall season calls for spices. Banana
or pumpkin cake with a praline filling. The most popular, yellow cake with traditional
white butter cream fits all seasons.
For those who are allergic to nuts, I do use equipment that has been shared with foods made with peanuts and tree nuts.

Kitchen Cakes
Kitchen cakes are offered when the bride chooses a small wedding cake for display and/or cake cutting for the photography session at the reception. The kitchen cakes are the main cake to be served to your guests. This cake is kept "in the kitchen" and is an undecorated sheet cake, however it can be torted into two layers with a standard butter cream filling. Please contact me for additional information should you desire to offer kitchen cakes at your reception.
